Changes

Casa Fiori reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the terms will be effective when notice of such changes is posted.

Warranty

Casa Fiori has used utmost care to ensure and maintain the accuracy, completeness and currency of information published on this site. We, however, take no responsibility for any errors or omission, though if notified of any we will endeavor to rectify such.

Web site user conduct

Users of this web site are not to:

Jurisdiction and the Law

The terms of use and all other legal clauses of this web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from communications and transactions arising from the use of this web site.

Part Two

1. When an email is received expressing an interest in booking a holiday, we will respond to the request by email. A provisional booking will be entered into the Casa Fiori diary awaiting confirmation and deposit.
2. Bookings are only reserved after a deposit of 25% has been received within 5 working days of the original reservation.
3. Should we receive several emails requesting the same dates; bookings will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
4. Bookings are only confirmed when the remaining 75% of the full amount has been received and cleared. Full payment must be received two months prior to the reserved week(s). Casa Fiori does not undertake to remind you of the need to send the remaining amount.
5. If full payment is not received as required in point 4 above, then the 25% deposit will only be refunded if we obtain another booking for the reserved date(s).
6.If the booking is within two months of the holiday week(s), the full amount must be paid. The booking will only be confirmed when the full amount is received.
7. If the booking is cancelled earlier than 6 weeks before the original holiday week(s), a refund of the amount held will be paid if we are able to obtain another booking for the reserved date(s).
8. Where possible, we will transfer bookings to an alternative holiday week(s) if requested more than six weeks before the original holiday.
9. You undertake to pay reasonable compensation, at the discretion of Casa Fiori management, for the non return of keys or damaged or missing items. 20euros will be charged for missing keys.
10. The full amount is for booking the whole house at a maximum of 11 persons and includes all mains services, a maid sevice once a week, plus all extra items listed on the Casa Fiori web site. We are able to provide a cot for babies if required. Babies (that is children up to 18 months) are not included in the maximum numbers.
11. All bookings must be for holiday purposes only. Casa Fiori must not be used for gatherings such as weddings or parties.
12.All funds are payable by cheque, or by credit card via the web site, details of payment by cheque will be provided on booking.
13. Once a the deposit has been received and cleared, a contract has been entered into with Casa Fiori management. Any dispute in respect of the contract is governed by English Law.
14. Except by prior arrangement with Casa Fiori, the booking is from 4pm (Casa Fiori local time) on the first day of your holiday week(s). You must vacate Casa Fiori by 10 am (Casa Fiori local time) on the last day of your holiday week(s).
15. No pets or other animals are permitted at Casa Fiori.
16. Part of the contract with Casa Fiori management is that you agree to indemnify Casa Fiori management against all loss and damage arising (including unreasonable amounts of cleaning) directly or indirectly to the house or grounds and its contents from any deliberate or negligent act or omission by yourself or any person present by your invitation or with your consent during the holiday week(s).
17. To the full extent permissible by Law, Casa Fiori management shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to any belongings or for any injuries sustained by you or any person present in Casa Fiori during the holiday week(s)
18. We recommend that you arrange for adequate travel/holiday and medical insurance, and a European NHS card which is available from any post office. Please go to EHIC information service website for more information.
19. Casa Fiori management accepts no responsibility for any interruption of services including gas, water or electricity  to the house
20.Chilren must be properly supervised at all times both within the house and in the garden or grotto areas. Casa Fiori management accepts no responsibility for inappropriate behaviour and expects persons visiting Casa Fiori to behave with consideration and respect.
21. If any clause fo this agreement is held to be invalid in whole or in part this does not invalidate the whole agreement. Any such invalidity shall be treated as if replaced by such wording which, as near as possible, is able to give full force and effect to the original intention of that clause.
22. Casa Fiori management reserves the right to terminate a booking at any time if these conditions are not met in full.
